Customers may contact Vonos Clothing Boutique to request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed or shipped.

Because orders may enter processing shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that every cancellation request can be completed.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, the customer may need to follow our Return & Refund Policy instead.

If a cancellation is successfully approved before shipment, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take up to 10 days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
